Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super easy to use but needs ability to downgrade We've been using TurboTax for over 10 years and love its simplicity but one thing that has always been hard to swallow it the programs constant pushiness to upgrade to various products. Once you start down a path, you should be allowed to choose which version you would like to use (i.e. downgrade to free version if your deductions weren't enough to break you from the standard deduction). Instead the program makes you delete your return and start over.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such a difference! I have used tax prep software for years, but this year I switched to Turbo Tax due to excessive problems with another product last year. Turbo Tax has been the most user friendly software that I have ever used BY FAR. There really is no competition. I regret that I didn't start using them years ago because I could have saved myself a lot of time and aggravation!
