Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good for tax knowledge not tech Although I have been using TurboTax for years I am repeatedly frustrated with the tech. The tax consultants are knowledgeable, but their help screens do not match the home screen. In order for me to access correct information, I had to create a new account. When I created my new account, I couldn't access my previous information unless I uploaded it myself, which seems counterintuitive (after all, I expect my previous tax returns to be accessible through my account).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love it!!! This is THE easiest return I have ever done. I was always scared to do it myself in fear of messing up something and going to jail lol, but it was easy and I am so upset with myself that I have spent so much money over the years going to H&R Block

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed The process was easy to follow, but the product was not free. I was charged for simple situations. I was nickeled and dimed out of $120 out of $217. I was appalled that I had to pay due to a child care credit. And $40 to have the money deposited into my account is ridiculous.
