Rated 4 out of 5 by from simple Not sure if everything is perfect but I will say this is way better than the 3 different places I went to today for a quote (H&R, Jackson Hewitt, Liberty Tax)... Almost over $300 or more for them to type in blocks from a paper, I'm just saying a MONKEY COULD DO IT. I've been using turbotax since 2018 with no issues so far.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from James 2020 Tax Return Not happy that the system won't let me e-file after I completed all of the bank, State ID, and pin information. Then when I printed off the returns, the bottom of the state form 40 and Schedule A is missing. It won't let me go back and try to print the individual forms. Therefore, I'll have to get the state form and fill it out. I didn't have a printing problem last year, but I've only been able to e-file one time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Was not good as explaining stuff like normal. I fill my taxes every year with TurboTax and this year having to pay sucked but it was understandable I suppose. The messed up thing is that 1095A FORM. IF YOU DONT NEED TO ENTER IN health insurance STUFF THAN THAT SHOULD BE IN BOLD letters because YOU CAN NOT JUST LEAVE THAT BLANK AND IT MESSES UP everything WHEN YOU TRY. Maybe explain that a little bit better next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thorough As always provides accurate results. It would be nice to have the ability to take the state filing charge out of the federal refund without having to pony up $45 in addition to the $20 state filing charge. Especially since my state refund was $61.
