Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Great ! Very easy and love the step by step process. Need to work on some known issues that popped up in my preparation and needed a Live Expert to guide me and tell me that they were known errors I should not worry about it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Find a way to charge for everything Aweful: had to pay TurboTax state fees, TurboTax federal fees, and forced to pay for deluxe! TurboTax advertises that it is free to do your taxes, but $125 later I found myself backed in a corner at the end of filing.

But then the bank begins to start siphoning off more in a rather sneaky way. Just be upfront with the costs. As things ramp up to sending in the E-files. By switching screens to have a customer needs to re-focus in the new screen read and interpret the information that says, "Oh by the way there might be local or state taxes added," but they only hint at the percentage.
