It is very user friendly; often times the AI will walk you through any issues or confusion you may have, but live help is always available for peace of mind. Been using it for 13 years, so that's the best endorsement i could give.

I was a bit nervous thinking it would be difficult, but using TurboTax was the exact opposite. Using their system and software not only gave me confidence, I also felt like they helped to make sure everything was double checked for accuracy. They asked questions that insured I covered things I would've probably missed had I done this alone. I would recommend TurboTax to any first time users that want to be cost and time efficient. You can do it with TurboTax!!
