I like putting the CD into the file against the day I need to pull it out and re-install it. Last year I was a bit pressed to get my taxes in before a surgery and pressed your support people to get me a download soonest.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overpriced and super glitchy Seems like the product has gotten worse since last year. At one point it glitched and showed I owed money on taxes rather than had a big return. Also kept forcing me to fill out some Schedule C for whatever reason.
