Rated 1 out of 5 by from Affordable Care Act line on Form when I don't have 15 years with turbotax, and i finally get an issue, spent 4 hours trying to talk to someone, and got zero help. ACA line on tax forms got me rejected over and over again, no help from TT, even though i pay the extra for help.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - I have used it for nine years I have had very little difficulty navigating Turbo Tax. Each year there are changes to the format, which takes some getting use to. However, I like the fact that much of the information is downloaded from the previous year's. This saves time and assists with accuracy.
