Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have used Turbo Tax for 6 years now Turbo tax walks you through each step. If I had questions I used the text box or requested a phone call (even on a Sunday!). She was patient with me and took time to answer and listen to my question. I only had 1 question I could not figure out b/c turbo tax does so good at going through any and every situation to make sure you are getting the most with your return. I highly recommend! I have all my documents from past years saved and access through turbo tax if I lose them on my desk top and everything is e-filed to No paper work.
