Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hidden/Junk fees are getting out of control I'm tired of big companies adding in junk fees at the last minute and always trying to upsell me. A few years ago, this wouldve cost a third of what it does today. There is a bill against this in legislation currently. Please educate yourself and vote.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, easy experience Was very clear and easy to use.The screen sharing with the experts is a great feature. the pricing was a little misleading as I had to upgrade to figure out the 1099 form, which I ended up not needing anyway, but still had to pay for the upgrade.
