Rated 2 out of 5 by from Used to Used to, i swore by turbo tax for every year of filing. Sadly, now it seems they are constantly trying to get you to pay for the upgrades and keep asking more and more for you to buy, making it harder to do your taxes unless you do.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2020 software was not as "wrinkle free" as in past The software did not return me to the location in my return where I had last left off. This was a great feature in past years as I didn't have to click through all that I had done to continue my return. At the end it informed me I could not eFile federal because I had form 7202 in my return. OK, but why did it default me to eFile at the end? So I went the paper route for federal but then it again wanted me to eFile federal in order to eFile my state. But don't worry, I'll renew my subscription after taking a close look at the forms it would be insane to navigate through the maze the IRS and congress has developed. Oh for the flat tax concept.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - Install and Filing Turbo Tax needs to update their stuff! When trying to install, it took a call and an hour and the person on the other end talking to someone else to figure out you have to keep changing settings in order to install the file. When going to file, you need to do the same thing. Even then, you could not see the changes, you just needed to type and then make the screen setting changes to see if you were even close. Major fail this year.
