Rated 1 out of 5 by from terrible Could not answer any questions I asked but gave me answers to different problems I didn't ask about. Could not help me fix rejected return. Kept telling me to fill out a form I had already filled out. I never had any problems out of turbo tax till this year.

My main problem was that when I signed in with my original info it took me to the free site automatically which I had never used before and I had entered quite a bit of info before I realized it. Without being able to upgrade I had to create a whole new account and start from scratch. I have used Turbotax for a few years now and haven't had that problem before.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Your system made mistakes State refund was rejected. Your system made an error. Had to refile with no changes. Fix the system MN state. I had already put my tax prep fees in the federal form.
