Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love TurboTax. TurboTax is easy to follow, and they showed me deductions I was not aware I qualified for. That is why I have used them for the past decade. I was more at ease after I chatted with a Live Agent who was very knowledgeable and looked over my documents quickly and helped me make adjustments where I needed. Thank you, TurboTax! I look forward to coming back next year again

Above all i dearly my Turbo Tax Chat Angels that hold my hand through the whole process and enable me to feel great about doing my taxes. If i could I'd send everyone I chatted with Roses and Chocolate I would, but they'll have to settle for virtual goodies as a token of my gratitude. Thank you Turbo Tax, you all rock, Pamela and Michael Drew

Rated 3 out of 5 by from HARDER THIS YEAR THIS YEAR WAS MUCH HARDER FOR SEARCH FOR INDIVIDUAL FORMS, AND THE LINKS WERE NOW EASILY ASSESSABLE... IT SPENT HOURS AND HAD TO RESEARCH HOW TO INPUT SPECIFIC INFO PERTAINING TO MY INDAPENDANT CONTRACTOR JOB. THERE ARE NOT OPTIONS FOR TRAVELING SALESMAN

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes you enjoy doing taxes Step by step process. Appreciate the multiple reviews to insure proper info is inputted. They even check on how you are feeling while you are completing your taxes. Its just a computer asking , but the thought goes a long way!

But had an issue after saying that I would pay with bank withdrawal, it told me to print out and mail in the payment coupon for the state. I can't tell if I don't need that since I am scheduling a bank payment, or I need to send in the paper even though I have set up a bank payment. Also, very strange in saying in state form that if by paper I need to add in the county code, but if filing electronically, leave blank. Why? No explanation. Now I am worrying it will get rejected even though I followed directions. More explanation would help.
