Rated 1 out of 5 by from loosey service waited 2 hours for a chaT, got dropped twice then on the 3rd attempt. I waite another 20 minutes ust to get dropped because the office hours closed. I had a multi state question that selfserv could not provide the answer. after being disconnected 3 times i googled on how to do this through turbo tax.. didnt even get an aswer from turbo tax site. another user provided the answers for me.. paid for this service of 328. and didnt get an once of support. very dissatisfied. will be calling corprate this morning to get my account resolved and rebated

Rated 1 out of 5 by from SUCKS! Never Using TurboTax again!! The instructions for several different areas were not clear. When I spoke to a Turbotax agent, they said: "It shouldn't DO that". Next Time TaxAct or HR Block!
