Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gets the job done I normally use turbotax, but the last 2 years I had my taxes professionally done. This year, I decided to use turbotax again and I can't say how FRUSTRATED I was. I normally have a good experience, but there was something that changed my taxes this year and turbo tax did NOT make this experience easy and am already dreading doing them next year. Also, by the time I got to the end, turbotax let me know that I HAD to upgrade their services to submit my taxes. Should y'all have let me know earlier? Overall, at least my taxes finally got submitted.
