Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax needs help They make it easy - but the website is one of the worst I've ever used. I had to keep going back over and over to get a page to load. Finally thought an upgrade would help but it didn't, and I wasn't given an option to return to the $39 plan I have used for 8 years. My return is very simple. So I WANT THE $50 DIFFERENCE REFUNDED, PLEASE.
