Even when I ran into issues trying to figure out how to create a special filing, the chat option was right there to remote in and try their honest best to help me out. Thanks for making filing taxes bearable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the way to go! Everything was so clear and easy to understand for my first time filing. It was great to have the live help whenever you needed it! Sharing screen was a bonus!! This was a fantastic experience overall. Would recommend this service to everyone.
