Rated 4 out of 5 by from Glich marred excellence E filed Federal return twice. Both times rejected, due to 2019 AGI differing from IRS records. Contacted IRS. Their tax return transcript numbers matched ours. IRS representative suggested I contact Turbo Tax regarding apparent glitch. Opted to mail return to avoid even more delays. Major disappointment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from School District Taxes Turbo tax is great except I wasn't able to file my state taxes, because I live in an area where the school district does not tax. There was no way for me to not file the SD100 form therefore I have to mail in my state taxes separately after I have already paid to have them sent in electronically.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too many requests for upgrades I felt like there were too many requests from TurboTax in an effort to get me to spend more money with them this year. The autofill on forms did not work from my institutions, and a lot of info that was entered last year was not auto-populated and had to be filled manually. I'll be looking for another software for next year's taxes
