Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is Easy to Use! Turbo Tax is so easy! I tried one of the free programs this year at first and thought it was hard to follow and Turbo Tax has a lot of More Info buttons which is very helpful. I have use them for several years now.

I have had great success with Turbo Tax in the past but this year was very disappointing The software had a glitch which messed up my state return (specifically school taxes) and the only way I could fix it was by filing an extension and paying those taxes out of pocket. There was no way to go back and fix the issue unless I wanted to pay a ridiculous amount to upgrade to MAX. Shame on your company for not allowing simple fixes to a very basic return.
