Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wash sale bug cost me hours There's a rounding bug in the TurboTax software, where small amounts (less than $1) reported from wash sale in 1099-B are rounded down to zero. But $0.00 is not an accepted value for entry, according to the TT software - and this issue gets flagged during the Federal review. TT customer service rep said this is a well-known bug and has had several customers call about it, but TT still doesn't have (a) a fix or (b) a workaround. The customer service rep was friendly but totally at a loss. To be clear, this wasn't a bank import error - the correct amount was imported from the 1099-B. The TurboTax software incorrectly rounded the amount down to zero, and then threw an error on its own rounding function. In the end I just left these fields blank, which passed TT Review - but that meant I actually couldn't report my taxes exactly correctly. Sure, a few pennies aren't a big deal, but it's still kind of ridiculous that this issue exists, TT knows about it, and still their service team couldn't help and I ended up wasting a lot of time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from VERY DISAPPOINTED/ NOT HAPPY I'm upset that I have to pay $125.00. Turbo Tax charged $40.00 for Federal tax, $45 for State Tax, and $40 just to take it out of my taxes. That is ridiculous. I'm not happy and very disappointed. I use Turbo Tax every year. I had unemployment because of covid-19 and my health insurance was effected like I said ridiculous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 8 Years With Turbo Tax I have always used Turbo Tax and they have been good to me. Last year with the COVID-19 starting I didn't get what Turbo Tax said I would, but I blame that on the IRS, I am sure they were in as much of a mess as everyone else was.
