Rated 3 out of 5 by from Extra costs for everything this year The process is simple, but I did not like them trying to charge for taking the filing fee out of the refund. I also accidentally upgraded thinking i needed to, only to be told there is no way to downgrade unless you completely wipe your progress and start over. Not user friendly and extremely aggravating.

I've been using it for 7 yeas. you can easily file you own taxes but when a problem is found, if you meet experienced service personnel, it will save time and solve the problem. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tricky Costs The program itself is very good, but the adding money to check taxes and file when that was not specified up front is very shady. Agreed to pay the money for state filing as that is required in my state, but to add in federal and an additional fee for using federal refund to pay needs to be better explained up front.
