Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great experience, but . . . I love Turbo Tax. I can get my taxes done early, affordably, and I always learn something from the helpful tools and assistants. However, this year the pricing was not transparent. I I am seconds away from finishing my transaction for this year’s filing and I’m still not sure what I am going to have to pay. It used to be that I could see the prices of the different levels on the product descriptions as I went through the choices. This year that information is not on the screen and it feels kind of deceptive. Don’t do that to your long-time customers, TurboTax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super helpful and found a piece I was missing The rep was super helpful and helped me realized I uploaded my document with the property taxes on it but never entered the information. They helped me make sure that return was accurate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is great I don't think I've ever done my taxes without turbotax, it's mostly fast and easy. the web site was a bit glitchy this year but they do a good job on saving your progress as you go so it didn't really set me back. just a little frustrating.
