Rated 3 out of 5 by from It is a tax service I have used Turbo Tax for eight years and I have loved how easy and affordable it is, but I don't remember it costing me almost $80 to file basic taxes before this year. I did not, at any point, select a file upgrade and yet somehow at the end I was charged twice what it has cost me in the past. It's still easy, but I'll probably shop around more next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax was disappointing Having used TurboTax for several years I found this year to be extremely disappointing. When trying to log on had to receive a code and many times was informed the code was no longer valid. Three times I had to re-enter my info because it was not saved. Couldn't tell you how many times had to review, review, review and then finally in disgust left the site and then later re-entered and the review was gone.
