Rated 1 out of 5 by from Paid for live help and tax expert left chat ... We paid for the live Deluxe version to get help from a tax expert as we filed our return. Our live expert named Tiffany left our chat without helping AT ALL. We entered our phone number and email address twice so the tax expert could reconnect with us if we were disconnected and we never heard from Tiffany. Very disappointed we paid an extra $50 for this service and got NO HELP. I will be contacting Turbo Tax and requesting a refund. Do not pay for the live expert help!

But included this year that I don't recall in years past, is the hidden cost of $40 for taking the filing fee I believe they call it, out of the refund. Had to google how to delete that charge. Also I don't recall having to pay to file a simple federal return for which I paid $40 for this year. I will not use this site again after having used it for quite a few years.
