Rated 4 out of 5 by from Do your taxes AND get upsold! I have been using TurboTax for a decade. I like that it takes you step by step and has explainers where needed. I dislike being upsold at every opportunity for more expensive Turbotax packages, with vague threats of audit used to nudge the taxpayer to a more expensive package.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Softwear Glitch Goes Unresolved! The softwear is relatively easy to us; this is my 4th consecutive year. This year, I opted to by the disc instead of downloading. No problem. However, after completing both the state and Federal returns, I opted to e-file only the federal and hold off on e-filing the state. (completely allowable according to the softwear and, subsequently, Intuit Turbo Tax support. BUT, upon returning to the file section, I found that the softwear would not permit me to e-file the state return because it did not recognize that I had already e-filed the federal return; a pre-requisite to e-filing the state return. Turbo Tax customer support could not figure out the problem and had no sggestions. So, here I sit, unable to e-file and unable to get the sortwear issue resolved...NOT a happy filer!
