Rated 3 out of 5 by from Some Problems On Kansas State return, you force us to go thru the homestead claim process. We don't and never will qualify. Yet we go thru a litany of question just to, once again, be rejected. Same for property tax relief.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Support Person was awesome, software not so muchl After spending a lot of time filling out our return on-line, it was rejected by the IRS because I did not include the PPIN for my wife. I followed the instructions for doing this and when i went into the form again the data for my return was changed and I could not find where to enter the PPIN. Erica helped me find the place for the PPIN, but i still do not understand why the data you had for my return was vastly different from what I entered.
