Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love TurboTax! Why pay more? I love how it's easy to use, asks you all the questions you may need to have appropriate documentation for and checks for all the deductions! All this from the comfort of your own home! No needing to sit in line in some stuffy office where if you forgot to bring something, you've got to start all over! If you're missing something here, you can just save your progress and wait for the documents you need! It's such a great product!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Service Normally I do my taxes myself, but the past few years have brought up a few extra complicated situations which prompted me to use the live services. I could have figured out how to do it myself, but not having the hassle of looking it up and hoping that I was right was worth the extra cost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live Chat Super Easy and Super Helpful If it hadn't have been for having to wait for a document I would have been able to file on the first date of filing. Regardless, I had one question about my return and the live chat option was the way for me. The agent was patient with me and helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is thumbs up!! Turbo tax was easier this year than it was last year. The tool bar that clarifies the meanings of what you are doing was a great help. There still were a few areas that wasn't so clear, as in the deductions and tax breaks area. which was ok, because it wasn't hard to search for some clarification. In all this year I had a great experience and will be back to file with turbo tax next year.
