Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quality has gone down I have been using Turbo tax for 10 years now and the quality has definitely gone down. It's harder to use and more expensive, not sure what is going on, very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax has and continues to be my GoTo Tax App I have found TurboTax extremely helpful and very user friendly. There are areas where taxes can become complicated and TurboTax offers many examples to assist in answering those tough questions. TurboTax may not always have a simple answer, but the community of folks have been able to assist in several scenarios I have experienced complex tax issues. This years version of Premier that I utilized did seem more buggy than all past 30+ years, but I was able to make it through to submission without to many issues.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Final Filing is horrible Trying to file it forces you to pick the deluxe version and took me 20 minutes to figure out how to bypass to the free simple form. Ridiculous!!!! Cheaper to pay someone to do my taxes. Will not use this again.
