Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax full service was awful TurboTax experts dropped my Full Service return without warning or explanation on four separate occasions. Each time the expert would assure me that they sympathized with me and would not treat me that way. And each time, after holding my documents for several weeks (I was very prompt to answer any questions they had and provide any documents requested) I was dropped without warning or explanation - I would literally wake up one morning and the worst part was TurboTax's site had no history at all with prior experts. All the messages, gone. The system made it look like nothing had been done at all, and I had to start from scratch each time going through the basic questions, matching with a new expert, etc. At each point along the way, people were nice but no one besides the last person seemed to think about it from my point of view of being ghosted over and over and over. At a minimum, accountability needs to be there on the expert's side so that we the client can feel confident that our service will be completed. And if an issue arises we deserve to understand why that expert is dropping us. And in that hopefully rare situation, more should be done to bypass the introduction stages - keep messages, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Agent Marisela was wonderful! This was our first time using the "full service" option for TurboTax and it was a worthwhile investment. We had new tax-related questions due to job changes and living in multiple states, and our agent Marisela was very patient and kind in addressing all of our questions and concerns. She made the entire process very smooth and stress-free, and she double and triple checked everything for us to be sure it was done correctly. If it weren't for the full service assistance, we would have certainly made mistakes, and Marisela helped us avoid those potential errors. We will likely use the full service again next year as additional life changes and tax-related questions arise for us, and we hope Marisela will be able to assist us again. Thank you Marisela!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointed I thought I filed my return on time and I decided to check on the status on my refund and I find out that my return was not finalized until today even though when I filled out the information I thought I received a message that my return was completed and e filed. I am upset with the service. I think I will use another tax service next year.
