Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax did its job, but where was "Free" Turbo Tax was great, it carried me through everything, and My 10.6% tax rate was probably correct. (First year submitting as Single Widow so tax surprised me, since I was use to have married filing joint status with no tax to pay...) I expected Turbo tax to be a Free Service, since my form was simple with nothing complicated. I was surprised to find fees for both Federal and State plus a TAX on the Services. Then I found a Transaction fee added for using a credit card to pay the actual Taxes. Probably will consider other options next year...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Product is great, but expensive I've been filing with Turbotax for 8 years now, and I feel like every year, the filing cost becomes more and more expensive. I think them making me upgrade to the Premier from Deluxe is stupid because I sold stocks. Otherwise, the ease of the product is fine, everything in one place.
