Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax was good, but with one issue TurboTax was good, but I had an issue e-filing. Federal was accepted (I had to pay $2890), State was rejected for a QCO Code on AZ charity being wrong (State owes me $2479). Codes were both good. When ready to e-file the State again, TurboTax didn't let me unless I e-filed the Federal, already accepted by the IRS, again. I won't do that. Printing the State to mail. I already spent $25 to e-file the State. I hope they will refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is awesome The tool is friendly enough to explain at each stage on the points to note. It asks us to review, for DIV and INT forms, which can scan those uploaded forms and fill them for all fields, some of them are not filled.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Got charged for something I didn't use Got charged for Live Premier even though I originally selected to use just Premier and did not use any of the Live services, so that was $80 basically robbed from me. I also ended up having to mail in my state return because their system classified numbers I put in for my national guard pay as errors, even though they weren't. I've logged those numbers similarly in the past without issues from my state's department of revenue. I guess their software just can't comprehend that someone's pay can be entirely from the national guard. Additionally, their system lists PayPal as an option to pay, but there was no option to proceed with the transaction once my information was put in, so I had to manually enter my card info. I would've used a different service entirely if I hadn't spent all that time on TurboTax for this year's return already. Guess it will be best to look into other options to file next year.
