Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy with turbo tax The IRS has rejected my return and I don't know why. I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and this is the first time I've been disappointed. I can't seem to find a way to talk to a person about why my return is being rejected by the IRS.

That is all because Turbo Tax pretty much was a road map for taxes. Exceptional guidance from start to finish! Also, while filing my taxes through turbo Tax i was learning more than i thought i already knew considering the software is very informative and answers all questions with the RIGHT ANSWERS. Thanks to Turbo Tax this years taxes was a breeze!
