Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yay for Turbo Tax! I like the format of Turbo Tax, but I wasn't fully satisfied when I paid for help from one of the advisors. I had difficulty getting my question answered, so that I could perform the task that was required of me to complete.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use but WAY too many screens to click thru I've used TurboTax for over a decade and always recommend it. However, it seems every year they add 132 more screens you have to click through. I have a basic tax return with nothing complicated and it takes more time to click through the screens than it does to enter the information. That is BEYOND frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Found me money I didn't know I qualified for. I made too much to qualify for the stimulus in 2019, but due to COVID-19 I lost that job in early 2020. The Stimulus payments were based on 2019 tax returns. Turbo Tax allowed me to update this and I got my remaining stimulus.
