Rated 2 out of 5 by from Had trouble with App and desktop versions I went to file my taxes well first it failed to catch that i did not upload a 1095-a then when the filing was rejected I clicked the refile on my phone and the website kept taking me in a loop and was not helpful in refiling or where i could add the 1095-a even the video just said to follow instructions on next page but there was non just asking me to click start and put in my license info after which it would just cycle back to the same page again. Finally i was able to get to the side bar after it wasn't working the first few times logging in and navigated myself without instruction to the 1095-a information page and added that all in then clicked the refile button and everything worked after that had to re input my diver license info again tho.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Costs I clicked on Deluxe when I was completing my taxes. When I got done it was the Premium. We take the standard deductions and do not have any investments or business expenses. Not sure why I was charged the Premium.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fed tax had errors 2021, no way to fix for 2022 We have been using TurboTax for several years. The updated product is not as easy to follow. 2021 taxes had errors and no place to make fixes for 2022 return, so there will be errors in this year's taxes too. We will be using a human next year as this product is no longer worth the expense or effort.
