Getting all the required forms to seem to take longer than in previous years. Several times I was informed that forms were available, but they did not download when upgrading the software.

After using other servers who ended up NOT filing my 2019 return (and I paid them a lot!) I couldn’t get my second stimulus check as it was based on a non-existent 2019 return. But with TurboTax I felt calm speaking with them, guiding me step by step for free. (Up until March 27,2021) for $0 instead of $90–federal and state! This support team is outstanding, professional and see me, the customer, as the #1 priority!
