Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used it last 8 years = So easy This is the 8th year I've used Turbo Tax. So nice that it remembers my info from prior years and uploads the documents needed to file; then sends it off automatically. Great software.

You said there was a problem with my state return in order for me to e-file but the system didn't really tell me what the problem was nor would it allow me to change anything. That meant I had to mail my state return. Disappointing! After 6 years with Turbo-tax I'm not sure ill be back next year. I feel like you were trying to force me to upgrade. Terrible support. To top it off I have recommended Turbo Tax to many people.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome, but a couple glitches this year A couple glitches this year, strange forms, the new NEC form thru me for a loop, and a couple error messages which went away when I re-ran the check. Obviously could be me, but it has always been smooth before. Great product, been using it for many years.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from FAIRLY EASY TO NAVIGATE. IT WAS VERY HARD TO MAKE CHANGES IN THE LAST CHECK. I WAS TO MAKE CHANGES IN BOX 12 (DD,D,J) BUT COULD GET THE PAGE TO ENGAGE SO CHANGES WERE NOT MADE, BUT THE SYSTEM THEN ALLOWED ME TO CONTINUE TO THE END
