Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's Okay I have used Turbo Tax for many years now but I think it is time for a change. The constant recommendation to upgrade to the highest level is annoying. I realize they are trying to maximize their profits. I paid the normal $40 fee that I don't mind but was hit with an additional $40 for direct deposit into my bank account that was not mentioned during the process unless it is in the fine print. I don't recall being charged for this in the past but it won't be a problem next year as I will use a different tax service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is terrible to contact I was sent an email that my state return was rejected due to a glitch in your software--no other explanation. It would have been easier to contact somebody in person to fix this problem.
