Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to use BUT pay attention to details. We have used Turbo Tax for 2 years now and we always like how easy it is and that you can do it from home. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the site makes it difficult to say no to upgrades, or at the end sneaks that 40$ processing fee if you use your tax return to pay. You just have to look carefully and read all the details! We always get the first upgrade from the 0$ basic version so that we can have access to the tax return in the future with no issue.
