Rated 5 out of 5 by from Last Minute with Turbo Tax For the last 8 years I have been using TurboTax to file using the easy to understand prompts. If I have questions, the Talk with Expert is a great feature when needed.

I had a pretty standard experience this time...except at the very beginning, it makes me choose this link for a 'race to get it done in 5 hours'...why have a unrelated, yet necessary link when filing taxes? I thought, and I still do honestly, that someone hacked this thing and all my info is going to some crook. Why require people to use a virus-looking 'program' that nobody cares about or asks for?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from does not inspire confidence Not sure why it asked for forms that I did not received and better yet not direct you as to how to acquire this files/forms. do I need to question my employment, insurance or HSA plans... direct us to at least question the right people
