I discovered a problem this year, and judging by the results in the search section, this is a problem for quite a few people. In filling out the form 1099-B, the section for disallowed wash sales amount, it requires an input. However, if your value is less than $1, it can not be put in. You may not type zero, a decimal, or leave blank. So in order to e-file, you must erase form 1099-B, and hand type the values in a generic capital gains/loss form.
