Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best UX of any online tool I'm amazed by how easy my taxes were this year. Somehow the little race car made me excited to do my taxes! The file upload feature was a godsend and every single step was explained well and as granularly as I needed. I felt supported along the way just by the flow. Every year it gets better and better, thank you! Knocked off a star because turbotax is actively lobbying to keep taxes confusing and cost money to file.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Helpful, easy to use The process for filling in information was logical and smoth. Answers to questions, other than those posted to a live person, were inaccurate and never answerd the concern. That part is a waste of time. Recommend going to a live representative.
