Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent customer service experience! This is my second time working with Turbo Tax! I really love the convenience of doing my tax on my time and at home. They make it so easy to do your own taxes. The website is so simple, it doesn't look scary. And when I am stuck on a question or a part of my taxes. There are tax experts there 24/7 willing to help me. I worked with Ahmed. He was awesome to work with. With his help, I was able to file my taxes! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided an excellent customer service experience for me. I was stressing over my taxes, and he elevated stress. He listened to me, work with me, and really help me. I am so glad I had someone like Ahmed on my side. Thank you Turbo Tax!
