Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible software- why am i paying $300 if I cant Terrible. Why do I have to pay for filing and support when your software has bugs and doesn't allow me to file? Its been two weeks and I still cant file bc an error on your end. And after using the useless chat option and an hour long call with a "specialist" still no solution except to keep coming back everyday and trying again or mailing on my own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Tool Yet Again I've been using your site for a lot of years, and it never fails to satisfy. It's super easy to use, and the options for extra help, coverage, etc. make it an automatic annual visit for everyone in my house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy; quite intuitive I've used a professional CPA for the last three decades...our taxes were very complicated (rental properties, business owner, etc.). I retired a few years ago and my CPA still charged me $700 even though my taxes were straightforward (no businesses, no rental properties, etc.). Turbo Tax is very easy and although I had many 1099R/INT/Div, it was such a breeze.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's Easy Like Uhhhh One Two Three Real easy process, any questions you have can usually be handled without having to actually call and talk to someone. Took a little longer than the half hour but I got it done. Feeling good
