Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Has Changed by allowing you less review The help live person worked ok until my page got filled up. I could never get the banner to go down to where the agent was typing. I just got out of system and went to bed. That issue should never happen. Also could not see the final product until you got my money. BAD on YOUR PART. I should be able to see where my input is going. Very easy tax return but cost is a little high adding the Max to the bottom line. Should all be for $169.00. This could be my last year for using after 14 years of turbo tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They are alright. I like to be able to do my own taxes. That is a plus, But with the prices that they charge for you to do your own taxes you might as well go to the experts and let them do the work for you and pay them for it.
