Rated 5 out of 5 by from i love turbotax! i love how easy and user friendly turbotax is! even when my first round of taxes was rejected by my state, turbotax made it easy to fix and refile. i thought it would be overwhelming or i'd need additional help, but i was able to fix myself without any issues. thanks to turbotax! i have been filing for years with turbotax and will continue to do so for many years to come!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nearly charged me 7000$ the constant stop pages asking to upgrade are annoying. Seriously, If I wanted to pay for the higher package it would have done so. After 8 years of using the software, I know what the experience is like and dont need to be reminded. The softwaare also Told me that it was missing my w-2 and needed me to fill it out. But instead it entered the same w2 twice nearly filling it wrong and adding a 7000 bill to my return. The system isn't smart enough to see that I had entered it and told me to fill it out again. It didn't catch that both w2 were the same values for the amounts or the company name. It claimed the it was done correctly with no issues
