Rated 3 out of 5 by from TT changes are not awesome I've used TT for many years. This is the first year it was not as easy or clear. It made me wonder who authorized some of the changes made - they are not improvements.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kept Returning to Completed Sections Three times I would click Next or Done or whatever the button was to continue forward and would get rerouted back to a section that I had previously completed. Also, when it did one of the checks it prompted me to reenter my W-2 which I did but it still had my W-2 saved so it would have filed me as having double income. It was honeslty a very frustrating process to file this year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love turbo tax This year taxes were a little more difficult but having the tax experts helped tremendously. The experts i had did an excellent job and were very patient. If i could give them more stars than 10 stars i would, Kera especially. She was very polite, patient, informative, solved every problem i came across and waited til everything went through. Thank you to the 3 tax experts that helped. keep up the good work.. i will be back with turbo tax next year
