I had used the downloaded software rather than online software and had troubles locating my previous year's return despite still utilizing turbotax and using the same email

Rated 1 out of 5 by from costed us money last year i paid to have "expert help" last year and was told false information which resulted in me having to pay additional fees, and when i reached out i was told that there was nothing they could do.
