Rated 3 out of 5 by from 1st time i've had difficulties Had difficulty uploading file. Was never able to upload previous year's file so I could compare side by side. Had difficult paying by credit card for audit defense and other fees - link did not work. Finally gave up and said just to deduct from return

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax takes way too long to complete! There is too much redundancy for repeat clients. You are asked to go over the same material many many times. An example is answering multiple questions regarding deductions. TurboTax has all your info from last year. You should have the option to bypass if you are taking the standard deduction. When it comes to imported information you don't get to see everything that has been imported so you don't know if it's there until you have already done much of it manually. They should show you everything they have received electronically and if you see something missing then you can bring it their attention so it can be secured. Even in this review section there are problems. I can't scroll backwards to see what I have typed. I can't scroll forward either.
