However, it would be better if I can toggle from Form view and the step-by-step guideline on as close if not the same topic that I am viewing - unless I am just missing a step for not locating it outright. Also, if the COJ (Credit from Other Jurisdiction could auto search and create COJ Schedules in the Residence state whenever it detects that there is a "Non-Resident" Tax payment posted from a W-2 from another state.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is better than H&R Block I was using H&R Block at first but someone recommended to me using TurboTax, and I am really glad I did. TurboTax's program is more comprehensive and easier to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Return I am not satisfied with the return I got back. It's bad when I paid more to get the taxes prepared versus what I am getting back. I will stick to doing the taxes myself from here on out.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor outcome, hours wasted The inability to readily import information from past filing due to changed filing status upon my spouse's death is a clear weakness that cost much lost time. To top things off my E-filing was rejected by IRS and one possibly reason was my changed filing status possibly because there was no accurate link to my AGI for 2020. Consulting "Turbo experts" was of no real help on either issue. Those I consulted with on taxation matters, per se, were reasonable good overall but very uneven quality and knowledge. All pretty hopeless on software issues.
