Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great and easy to use but way overpriced It cost me $300 to do my state and federal tax returns when my adjusted gross income last year was under $20k. There needs to be a separate price point for single member LLCs or it should be based on income instead of a flat rate for all self employed individuals. I used the "live" feature twice to ask pretty basic questions and got great responses which is neat. Plus it's very easy to use and love that it walks you through all of the steps. I just could've paid an in person CPA $150-$200 to do the same thing and done less work. If TurboTax is the same price next year or more expensive, I will be going somewhere else. Oh plus they wanted to charge me $40 to take the payment out of my refund when it used to cost nothing. No thank you. Too many hidden fees and not worth it for smaller businesses.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Deductions Step-by-step Maybe because I chose standard deduction (because I knew we wouldn't have enough) the step by step would Not let me enter amounts for medical expenses, etc. Had to switch to forms and enter manually. That has been the case for at least a couple of years. I get a blue thought bubble or balloon but cannot enter. On Forms I can. Important because my State Arkansas Still Counts Deductions and we have enough to use them on every year's return. Please look into this bug.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax experience Great help from the 2 assistants I connected with. Did not like the hidden fee for $40 to use my tax refund to pay for the Turbo Tax fee. Did not see that fee till the end and had to go back and change to pay now.
