Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy peasy Very easy to use. Have been using TT for years because I kept getting people at tax service places that obviously didn't know what they were doing. You could see them trying to figure out the online forms as they went along. Why pay someone else to struggle through my taxes when I can learn it myself and get faster each year.

Was very disappointed when I wanted to claim a sale of property that was not my main home, I was encouraged to purchase the deluxe edition which did not provide that option either. Could have achieved the same result with my original edition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome service! It was economical and so easy to file taxes with the premium service. Gina My accountant was awesome and explained everything perfectly and patiently. Turbo Tax need to let people use the same account if it works for them, as that would certainly bring me back next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful time & stress saver! I've hit a particularly messy tax year due to a number of circumstances and could not figure out how to properly file. Full Service Basic had me work with a pro who made the whole process easy to understand and took care of everything. Only 4/5 due to cost, but the service itself was great!
