Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some glitches The tool would not correctly accept some information from my 1099-R. I tried multiple times without success and finally asked for a specialist to call me. Lisette was fantastic— very patient and stayed on the phone with me to the completion of the federal review even after she was able to correct the issue. Great customer service!

Process itself was easy, but the system wouldn't let me complete the process without a verification code...which was only sent to my email and not my phone for easier access. On line assistance was excellent. Had no problems in the past using the Turbo Tax CD

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live Experts ARE THE BEST !! It is my first time doing my taxes online on my own. And I am always doubting if I'm doing it right, entering the right numbers answering the questions correctly. I was able to keep the chat open and ask questions while working thru the steps together. Sharing my screen with a live expert helped me stay confident that I am doing everything correctly. Even the simplicity of them letting me know that I can press 'Continue'. I am very excited to do them again next year, it was super easy and of course will always use their free turbotax live experts for help to make sure I am doing it correctly.
