The tips have been very helpful to me from my first job, to college and student loan reimbursement, to marriage, and buying our first home. As life goes on, more and more information is needed for my tax return. TurboTax has been able to help every time.

She just pointed to the information, that I already read, and didn't understand. She didn't really offer any other help. I Googled the information and got the answer for free. I will use TurboTax again, but will not pay for the online help
